If you have a small order that fits the size and weight limits for Canada Post Lettermail, this option will be available for you to select at Check out. This is an affordable alternative to the crazy rising shipping costs. However, there is always a risk with Lettermail, as there is no tracking and no insurance available. If you choose this option and your order is lost or stolen, Forge Magnetic Clothing is not responsible.
We encourage customers to choose our standard or expedited tracked & insured shipping option, for a flat rate of $14.95. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information, and we are no longer in control of when it will arrive.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or damaged, and you insured your order, you can start a claim directly with the courier company.
